Q. How do I get to the venue?
A. From downtown Phoenix: Get on I-10 E. Take AZ-51 N to N 32nd St. Take exit 8 from AZ-51 N. Use the right lane to turn left onto N 32nd St. Destination will be .3mi. on your right.

A. From North Scottsdale: Get on AZ-101 Loop W.Take AZ-51 S to E Shea Blvd. Take exit 9 from AZ-51 S. Slight right to merge onto E Shea Blvd. Use the left lane to turn left onto N 32nd St. Destination will be on your left in .1 mi.


Q. Where should I park once I arrive?
A. There will be complimentary valet available for guests. Please look for signage directing you to valet stand as you arrive to the venue.

Q. What do I need to bring to the event?
A. Nothing! Your information will already be recorded at our registration desk, so all you need is your name to check-in. No physical ticket is required for entry. 

Q. What is the dress code for the event?
A.  Come dressed in your favorite cocktail attire.

Q. If I have a special food request?
A. This is a Chef's choice menu. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate special requests.

Q. What is the general timeline for the event?
A.
6pm - 7pm: Silent Auction | Cocktails | Hor's d'oeuvres

7pm - 8:30pm: Dinner | Program | Dessert

8:30pm - 9:00pm: Live Auction

 

 


Q. How do I setup mobile bidding and/or start bidding on the auction in advance of the event?
A. You will register your cc either when you purchased your admission ticket(s), via the RSVP link or upon arrival at the registration table. Bid sheets will be provided for each silent auction package, winning bidders will pick up their packages before leaving for the night and their credit card will be charged at the end of the evening for all purchases.
